Forest Row Parish News - September 2007

Forest Players – Local drama groups have officially amalgamated.

Forest Row Dramatic Society and Sackville Players have now amalgamated after  three years of joint ventures. Our new group have decided to adopt the name “Forest Players” and will continue to perform in both Forest Row and East Grinstead.  Both of our groups have been performing locally  for fifty three years and we felt that the future would lie in combining our acting talents and theatrical expertise to ensure that amateur theatre will continue to thrive in our area.  Our first production will be “The Happiest Days of Your Life” from 13^th to 17^th November at the Village Hall, Forest Row.  New members are always welcomed, if interested please contact our Chairman Nick Watson (chairman@forestplayers.org.uk).  There will more details of this production and other news in future editions of the Parish News.
